Welcome to Punjab Auto and Tyres. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement:

a. Our services are provided by skilled technicians who will endeavor to perform the agreed-upon services with professionalism and expertise.
b. Any additional services or repairs required beyond the initially agreed scope will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

2. Pricing and Payment:

a. Our pricing is competitive and based on the services provided and the specific requirements of your vehicle.
b. Payment is due upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements have been made.
c. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Warranty:

a. We provide a national 6-month/9,000 km warranty on all our services and parts, excluding wear and tear or misuse.
b. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of faulty parts or workmanship, subject to inspection and approval by our technicians.

4. Liability:

a. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
b. We recommend that you remove any valuables from your vehicle before leaving it in our care.

5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Confidentiality:

a. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
